INFORMATION SHEET

General Description of Work:
The project consists of completing the required mechanical work (Fire Supression, Plumbing, HVAC and Building Automation) at the 180 Wellington building which includes a variety of scope items througout the building per the Tender Drawings and Specifications. For a more detailed scope of work, refer to the Instruction to Bidders, Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is scheduled as June 6, 2018 at 14:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Site Visit:
