INFORMATION SHEET

General Description of Work:
To supply, install and commission mechanical equipment (tanks, pumps, etc), piping, fittings, instrumentation, controls, HVAC, etc. for all mechanical works at the Wellington Building for a new Owner supplied generator. For a more detailed scope of work specifically for tender package TP#03 - MECHANICAL, refer to the Instructions to Bidders, Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package

Bid Closing:
The closing time and date is scheduled as August 15, 2019 before 14:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Job Showing / Site Visit:
Optional Job Showing is August 01, 2019 at 11:00 EST. Please present one representative of your
company at 197 Sparks Street, Ottawa, (Wellington Building) for registration and to be escorted to
work area.

Names and date of birth of the people attending the site visit must be confirmed by e-mail to
melissa.gummeson@pomerleau.ca CC: evan.toole@pomerleau.ca by 9:00 EST, July 30, 2019.

Security Requirement:
The Subcontractor must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a
valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET issued by the Canadian Industrial
Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

The Subcontractor personnel requiring access to secure work site(s) must, at all times during the
performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, EACH hold a valid Personnel Security Screening at the
level of SECRET.
