Pomerleau Inc., acting as Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the aforementioned lots.
Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform, subject to the applicable conditions of the site. For access to the tender documents, please submit a request via email to bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca.
A non-mandatory site visit will take place as per the schedule found in the specific Scope of Work Appendices 1 through 25 and is booked per specialty. The meeting point is at the main entrance parking lot located at 250 Convair Private, Ottawa, ON, K1V 2E5. All contractors will be required to sign-in at the Main Entrance and will therefore be required to present valid PHOTO ID and PROOF OF DOUBLE VACCINATION FOR COVID-19.
All Site Visit attendees MUST submit by email: first and last names, cell phone numbers, company names and dates of birth to the Construction Manager’s representative, Mark Doll (mark.doll@pomerleau.ca), three (3) business days prior to your scheduled visit. Personnel names submitted less than 72 hours prior to the visit cannot be guaranteed access to the building. Personnel showing up at the non-mandatory site visit who were not included on the list to be provided in advance will NOT be permitted to participate.
Safety attitre such as PPE is optional.
Photos may be taken during the visit, but only in areas identified by the Escort at the time of the visit.
