                                            INFORMATION SHEET

General Description of Work:
This project consists of the expansion of the Mississauga Lab Facility located at 2620 Speakman Drive, Mississauga, Ontario. The subject of this work package is the installation of the new third and fourth floor steel superstructure, extension of stair structures and a extension of elevator hoistways.
For a more detailed scope of work, refer to the specific Tender Lots.

Bid Closing
The closing time and date is now, Monday September 14th, 2020 before 15:00 EST. Submit tenders as directed by the Instruction to Bidders Section 00 21 13 of this Tender Package.

Subtrade Qualification
Bidders are to submit the subtrade pre-qualification documentation included as a separate document with this Tender Package in addition to their Financial Bid. All received Qualification documents will be opened and evaluated prior to opening Financial Bids. Subcontractor’s who do not achieve the minimum score for qualification will be disqualified and will not have their Financial Bid opened.

The subject line of all email correspondence regarding this tender package must begin by “#PWGSC EN740-200588/001/FE – TENDER LOT xxx”.

Site Visit:
An optional site visit has been scheduled on Monday August 17th at 10:00 EST at the following location: 2620 Speakman Drive, Mississauga, Ontario.  Please confirm the names and date of birth of the people attending the site visit by e-mail to Nicholas Tripp (email: Nicholas.Tripp@pomerleau.ca) before August 14th at 10:00 EST.  

Security Requirements
The Subcontractor personnel requiring access to secure work site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of RELIABILITY Status, as required, granted or approved by PWGSC. 3.7.1. Please provide proof of company security clearance such as your company Security Status Report with your bid submission.
