There will be a Respondents’ Conference as noted above in the Procurement Schedule. Shortlisted Respondents will have the opportunity for a site visit as a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference with on-site tour is expected for Phase Two. Interested Respondents should confirm their attendance and provide the details of the person(s) who will attend by emailing the below information to the Contracting Authority by the date and time as noted above in the Procurement Schedule, failing which, Respondents may not receive the required conference details before the scheduled date and time of the conference.

The Respondent’s Conference will be limited to two representatives per interested Respondent. Further instructions will be provided only to Respondents who confirm their attendance as set out in paragraph 2 above and will be provided no later than one business day prior the conference. Respondents who have not received instructions on or before that date should contact the Contracting Authority.
Respondents will submit all questions related to this PQ, in writing, on the provided template (see Appendix 1 Written Questions Form) via email to the Contracting Authority. Respondents should reference, as accurately as possible, the item of the PQ to which the inquiry relates. Respondents should explain each question in sufficient detail to enable Parsons to provide an accurate answer.
