As the Main Construction Manager (MCM) for the Giant Mine Remediation Project (GMRP), Parsons Inc. (Parsons) is requesting solicitations for Dust Suppressant Product (Product) at Giant Mine, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories on an as required basis. The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish Standing Offers with identified users, subject to the Tłichǫ Land Claims Agreement and Self-Government Agreement. The bid price will include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to supply and deliver the Product noted in this RFSO document and according to the attachments defined in this document. As the successful bidder, if and when the MCM issues a Call-Up Against the Standing Offer, only then will a formal agreement be placed for the amount indicated in the call-up. The period for making Call-Ups against the Standing Offer Agreement 476721.XXXXX.00 is from date of issue to March 31, 2022 with an additional option period. Fully executed Call-Ups Against Standing Offer Agreement 476721.XXXXX.00 are the only agreement method to incur costs for the work. This RFSO includes an attachment of the current (at date of RFSO issue) COVID-19 requirements for GMRP. In the Basis of Payment (BOP) document, Bidder to quantify any COVID-19 costs listed outside the unit rates as they will be tracked separately.
