Description

Project DescriptionThe University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for photography and videography services (“the Services”), in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). By submitting a Proposal, a Respondent is agreeing to provide the Requirements of this RFP. The University of Waterloo intends to select several Successful Respondents in each Product Category: A. Videography B. Photography (portraiture, environmental, architectural) C. Photography (events, photojournalism) D. Combined (photo/video; can do both simultaneously) for its Roster that meet or exceed the Requirements identified in this RFP. Respondents may submit a proposal for all or any Product Category. Successful Respondents for this RFP who then enter into a 4-year Roster Agreement (with two, two-year renewal options) with the University of Waterloo shall be invited to respond to future Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to provide the Services for individual projects as needs arise over the Term(s) of the Agreement.
