Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for an Advancement Constituent Relationship Management System (ACRM), in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP. This Request for Proposal is for the replacement of the current Blackbaud’s Raisers Edge Enterprise software application with a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) System which supports the University of Waterloo in the raising of funds and alumni connectivity and engagement activities. The CRM System will include functionality to process gifts, issue tax receipts, manage events, support alumni engagement activities, track/maintain constituents, support volunteers, provide prospect research/prospect management, deliver excellent reporting/analytics and be web or cloud-based with mobile capability.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of May 31, 2023 2:30 PM EDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx. Bonfire Support is available to help within a reasonable request timeline – we encourage you to not leave your submission to the last day. The RFP Contact Person cannot assist with Bonfire related support questions.
