This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide a “cyber range” solution with related services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The University is seeking to find a strategic partner to provide the following deliverables, but not limited to (as specified in the RFSQ Particulars):
-provide a turnkey “cyber range” solution including design, build, fit up (including hardware, software, audio-visual, and potentially furniture and fixtures). This cyber-range is to be integrated within a designated space on the 5th floor of the University of Ottawa’s STEM complex that will be a focal point of cybersecurity and cybersafety research, teaching and training activities;
-a collaborative services model that will see a shared governance and operations plan co-developed and supported by the University of Ottawa and the selected strategic partner;
-creation and customization of case studies, simulations, courses and scenarios for immersive training experiences for students, faculty and staff, as well as a variety of external clients and partners; and
-collaborate in a variety of research and development projects.
The term will be 5 years, with an option to extend for additional term(s) of up to five (5) years.
