Notice of Intent

This Notice is intended to inform the public about an upcoming procurement opportunity.

The University of Ottawa intends to acquire a e-beam lithography system in 2024 by using a Request for Proposal (RFP) approach:

The University will issue an RFP to procure a e-beam lithography system. The University anticipates that it will issue the RFP by the end fo January 2024.

This notice is intended to inform the public that one of the RFP mandatories requirements is the following:

A lab site survey must be completed by the supplier to submit a bid submission for this above-mentioned tender.

Any supplier that wants to submit a bid submission for the above-mentioned RFP requirements must complete a uOttawa Advanced Research Complex (ARC) lab site survey.

This site survey will be at the supplier’s own expense and must be arranged and completed prior to the closing of the RFP public posting.

If any supplier wants to submit a bid submission, but has not completed a site survey, please contact (rwills@uottawa.ca)

Any bid submitted without a site survey will not have met the manadatory requirements and will be eliminated from the request for Proposal procurement process.
