The Telfer Executive MBA program at the University of Ottawa is planning several International Consulting Trips. This Request for service qualification is an open invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals toward organizing this trip. Please provide us with your proposal and best costs focusing on a budget of $3,500 CAD per person including all taxes, gratuities, etc. The prequalified vendor must be able to split the cost of the trip between the traveller and the University. For the year 2023, the University will collect from the traveller the cost of Air fare, hotel, transportations and Banquet describe below. Travellers will pay for meals not describe below and additional upgrade and extended insurance. After 2023, the traveller will need to pay the airfare directly to the agency or airline and the University will collect for hotels, transportation and banquets. For evaluation purposes, we will review the proposal for 2 trips planned during the next year but the scope of work includes at least 4 trips in 2023. At its discretion, the University can add additional trips from other faculties at the University of Ottawa.
