Description

This RFSQ invites prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to establish a VOR Arrangement with the University for the General Requirements for Employee and Student cards during the Term, as well as to achieve efficiency, compliance, and performance management of the VOR Arrangements.

Key Objective: Obtaining the best value and cost savings for the purchase of specified cardstock, installation of uOttawa Master keys (PICC Key) on the cardstock, Allegion door access app and UPASS app (third party app) for mass transit (City of Ottawa/Oc Transpo)
