Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Ottawa (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the installation, dismantling, storage and maintenance of the booth, as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”). It is the intention of the University to award a contract for a three (3) year term with options to extend the contract for two (2) one-year terms at the sole discretion of the University.
