Description of Procurement

The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a contractor who specializes in parking garage restoration.

Ryerson intends to execute an agreement in the form of a CCDC 2 - Stipulated Sum with Supplementary Conditions, as provided in Appendix E of the RFP.

The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Address and Final Date for Submissions

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before May 1, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is the completion of the project, followed by the warranty period. The substantial completion of the project is expected to be on or before September 30, 2020.
