Description of Procurement

The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a supplier to provide repair and maintenance services for mechanical and HVAC systems including associated parts and supplies.

Ryerson intends to execute an agreement in the form of VOR Agreement, as provided in Appendix B of the RFSQ.

The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Address and Final Date for Submissions

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before August 20, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

1. Review the Price Form as set out in Appendix D – Price Form;
2. Provide any price form assumptions as a separate file, if any; and
3. Complete the pricing requirements in Bonfire.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

BPS Procurement Directive (BPS)
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five (CFTA)
Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years.
