Description of Procurement
 
The primary objective of this RFP is to acquire a state-of-the-art real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) instrument to serve the researchers in the lab at the RMF at Ryerson University. This system should be appropriate to the operating requirements of the lab and Research Facility
 
The procurement may involve negotiation. 
 
An electronic auction is not anticipated.
