Description of Procurement
This Request for Proposal is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing leadership in the investigation, design, provide all documents, drawings and specifications, and to conduct construction administration services for three (3) separate projects, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
For clarity, the RFP is comprised of three (3) Categories:
- Category A: ARC_Entrance Staircase Repair & Restoration
- Category B: KHW_Exterior Staircase Restoration Project
- Category C: ENG_Concrete column Cracks Repair & Restoration
For each Category, Ryerson intends to execute a Professional Services Agreement for Prime Consultants, as provided in Appendix E of this RFP.
Proponents may submit Proposals for one (1) Category or to two (2) Categories or to three (3) Categories. Ryerson will evaluate and award each Category independently.
The procurement may involve negotiation.
An electronic auction is not anticipated.
Address and Final Date for Submissions
Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before April 2, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement for each Category is approximately one (1) year or the completion of the project. The successful completion of the project is expected to be on or before August 31, 2020.
