Description of Procurement
The existing ME-3 unit was installed above the ceiling over the corridor leading to the exterior loading dock. The existing ME-3 is not accessible. The fan component of the existing ME-3 unit failed in 2019. The existing ME-3 inside the ceiling will be removed and replaced with a new exterior ME-3 unit mounted on the Pitman Dining Hall Lower Roof. The existing ME-2 and related ductwork on the Pitman Dining Hall Lower Roof will be shifted to coordinate with the installation of the new ME-3. ME-3 will be supplied by Ryerson.

The procurement is not anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
