Description of Procurement

Ryerson University is looking for construction services for Ryerson’s Faculty of Law interim space interior renovation project in the Podium building (POD) 4th Floor & 372, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables.
Ryerson intends to execute an agreement in the form of a CCDC 2 - Stipulated Sum with Supplementary Conditions, as provided in Appendix E.
The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Address and Final Date for Submissions

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before December 13, 2019, 2:00:00 p.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

To gain a better understanding of the existing site conditions and constraints, all Proponents are requested to attend the optional site visit, scheduled for the following date:
- 2nd of December, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. (optional)
Proponents should plan to meet on the ground floor lobby of 285 Victoria Street, Toronto, Ontario for both site visits.
Proponents must sign in with Ryerson’s Procurement Officer.
