Description of Procurement

Ryerson University is looking for a supplier to design and install noise abatement solutions for rooftop equipment at Kerr Hall North (KHN) located at 31 / 43 Gerrard Street East, Toronto.
The procurement may involve negotiation. 

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

• Ryerson intends to execute a Draft Agreement in the form of a CCDC 2 – Stipulated Sum with attached Supplementary Conditions
• The term of the Final Agreement will begin upon the Final Agreement’s start date, expected to be on or before December 20, 2019, and end at the completion of the project, expected to be on or before March 26th, 2020.
