Description:
The objective of this Request for Proposal is for Ryerson to retain a qualified Proponent to provide complete services to implement retro-commissioning work focusing on mechanical systems and controls to achieve the proposed emission reductions targets, as part of the Greenhouse Gas Campus Retrofits Program (GGCRP).

The Project will involve 3 buildings on Ryerson’s campus (The Mattamy Athletic Centre, Engineering Building, and Victoria Building), and is organized into 4 phases: 1) Feasibility, 2) Preparation of tender/ pricing documents 3) Implementation (contract administration) and 4) Close-out & verification.
