Description of Procurement

The primary objective of this RFP is to conduct a study to better understand political attitudes and voter behavior in the 2019 Canadian federal election. The Successful Proponent shall field surveys as in-house programming will be used. The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before August 27, 2019, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.
