Description of Procurement

The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a contractor to provide landscaping construction services for Ryerson’s 110 Bond St location.

Ryerson intends to execute a CCDC-2 with Supplementary Conditions, as provided in Appendix E of the RFP.

The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Address and Final Date for Submissions

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before August 21, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Financial/Pricing Submission Requirements

Provide a completed Price Form as set out in Appendix D – Price Form; and
Fully complete the following in Bonfire:
- Requested Data: Pricing Part I - Total Price (excluding taxes) from Appendix D, Table 1: Stipulated Lump Sum – Base Fee; and
- Requested Data: Pricing Part II – Total for Separate Prices (excluding taxes) from Appendix D, Table 2: Separate Prices.
Provide any assumptions made in the Price Form as a separate file uploaded into Bonfire.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is upon completion of the Deliverables, including any Deliverables relating to warranties and dispute resolution.
