Description of Procurement

The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a supplier for general contractor services for skylight, exterior wall and stairs restoration of RAC, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).

Ryerson intends to execute a CCDC-2 with supplementary conditions provided in Appendix E.

The procurement may involve negotiation. 

An electronic auction is not anticipated. 

Address and Final Date for Submissions

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca  on or before January 7, 2021, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.
