Description of Procurement
The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a supplier for general contractor services for the interior alteration and upgrade, and installation of new windows to the exterior façade for School of Urban and Regional Planning (SURP) on the 4th floor of SBB (South Bond Building), as further described in Appendix B, Deliverables.
Ryerson intends to execute a CCDC-2 with supplementary conditions provided in Appendix E.
The procurement may involve negotiation.
An electronic auction is not anticipated.
Address and Final Date for Submissions
Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before January 28, 2021, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement for is approximately six (6) months or the completion of the work.
The successful completion of the work for this Agreement is expected to be on or before end of May 2021.
