Description of Procurement

The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a supplier for general contractor services for providing pathways from existing telecommunications rooms for new phone system. Asbestos abatement is required to complete the scope of work, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).

Ryerson intends to execute a CCDC-2 with supplementary conditions provided in Appendix E.

The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before December 17, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Mandatory Submission Requirements:

Scored Submission Requirements:

File #6 – Social and Sustainable Practices.

The Minimum Passing Score is 65% or 22.75 out of 35 Points for Stage 2 – Technical.

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement for is approximately three (3) months or the completion of the work.
The successful completion of the work for this Agreement is expected to be on or before end of March 30, 2021.
