Description of Procurement
This Request for Proposal is an invitation to prospective Proponents for submissions pertaining to the delivery of professional services required for the following:
Part 1:
G Suite training preparation and delivery to Ryerson employees in a classroom environment, and/or
Part 2:
The implementation, training and support of the AODocs document management system to be integrated with our G Suite environment.
Both Part 1 and Part 2 are detailed in Appendix B – Deliverables.
Proponents may bid on one or both Parts, however Proponents are required to submit separate submissions for each Part. Proponents shall identify which Part they are submitting to in the Proposal. Proponents submitting to more than one Part should provide Files that are different and reflective of each Part.
Ryerson reserves the right to clarify with Proponents on which Part they have selected if Ryerson believes the wrong Part was selected by the Proponent.
The professional services for training and for the AODocs implementation project will be overseen by the Computing and Communication Services (“CCS”) department at Ryerson.
The procurement is not anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before February 25, 2019 at 11:00:00 am. (Toronto local time).
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years.
Insurance Requirements:
The Successful Proponent shall carry at all times during the performance of the Services, including any warranty period at its own cost and expense, the following minimum insurance:
a. Commercial General Liability Insurance against third party bodily injury (including death), personal injury and broad form property damage (including loss of use) and including products and completed operations liability and blanket contractual liability for an amount of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence. Such insurance shall include a cross liability and severability of interests clause and an endorsement naming Ryerson University, its governors, trustees, officers and employees as an Additional Insured;
b. Standard automobile insurance for all vehicles owned, licensed or leased by the Supplier and non-owned automobile insurance, where required, for an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), per occurrence for each type of coverage. Where the non-owned automobile insurance coverage is provided within a general liability policy, a separate policy is not required; and
c. Professional liability insurance for an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence, if applicable to the type of Services offered under this Agreement. This insurance policy is required to be maintained throughout the Term of the Agreement and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the completion of the Services;
d. Cyber and Privacy Liability covering actual or alleged acts, errors or omissions committed by the Supplier, its agents or employees. The policy shall expressly provide, but not be limited to, coverage for the following perils:
i. unauthorized use/access of a computer system
ii. defense of any regulatory action involving a breach of privacy
iii. failure to protect confidential information (personal and commercial information) from disclosure notification costs, whether or not required by statute; and
e. Such other types of insurance as would be carried by a prudent person or as Ryerson may from time to time require, having regard for the nature of the Services and its location.
