Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal (“RFP") to support the administration and management of Ryerson Food Services for the specified food service sites at Ryerson University (Ryerson).

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is five (5) years, plus one optional renewal period of five (5) years, at the discretion of Ryerson.
