Description of Procurement
This RFP is an invitation to prospective Proponents for submissions indicating their organization's capability, experience and resources in providing strategic guidance and drafting services for the Future Skills Centre to create a strategic plan and a corresponding implementation plan for the FSC.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
Address and Final Date for Submissions
Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before February 24, 2020 (11:00:00AM local time).
The submissions will not be opened publicly.
Conditions for Participation
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Stage #1 - File 1 & 2: Pass/Fail
Stage #2 – File 3-6: Minimum Score of 70%
