Description of Procurement
 
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing an Early Learning Centre Catering Services.
 
The procurement may involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca  on or before December 7, 2018, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.
 
The submissions will not be opened publicly.
