Description of Procurement
This RFP is an invitation to submit a Proposal under a CCDC14, 2013, Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract, and Ryerson’s Supplementary Conditions, for the design and construction of ENG-206 Computer Lab, located in the George Vari Engineering and Computer Centre. The building is located at 245 Church Street, Toronto and is owned by the university. The space is approximately 1430 square feet and is located on the second floor of the building.
The current Project schedule critical milestones include, but are not limited to:
- Project Kick-off tentatively for April 01, 2021
- Contract Documents completion for May 15, 2021 (6 weeks)
- Permit Application tentatively scheduled for May 15, 2021
- Construction kick-off tentatively set for June 15 2021
- Construction to be Substantially Performed (including all furniture and communications cabling) no later than August 15th 2021 (8 weeks)
The procurement [is/is not] anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
