Description of Procurement
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to Prospective Proponents to submit a proposal for General Contracting services related to the interior renovation at 1 Nelson Street, Brampton Ontario. The suite is approximately 8,000 square feet of office space, divided over 2 interconnected floors. A permit for interior alterations has been issued by the city, and the scope of demolition has been completed under a separate contract. The site will be turned over to the Successful Proponent in a condition ready for the scope of outlined in this RFP. It will be the responsibility of the Successful Proponent to coordinate inspections and the closing of the permit.
Ryerson intends to execute an agreement in the form of a CCDC 2 - Stipulated Sum with Supplementary Conditions.

The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated
