Description:
The buildings on the Ryerson University campus vary in age and functionality. Projects encompass renovations to classrooms, laboratory space, theatres, faculty offices, lecture facilities and common areas. The Project Management Office (“PMO”), a unit of Facilities Management and Development (FMD) coordinates the Design and Construction of renovations and Capital Projects at Ryerson University. The PMO will act as Ryerson’s client contact for the Successful Proponents, will provide instructions to the Successful Proponent and will work with the Successful Proponent on all projects. Ryerson’s administration and the PMO operate all year round, including during periods when classes are not in session.
