Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a RFP for printing services for the Ryerson University Magazine, which is a semi-annual print publication distributed to the University’s alumni, stakeholders and community members.
The procurement [is/is not] anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is one (1) years, plus four (4) optional renewal periods of 1 year each, at the discretion of Ryerson.
