DESCRIPTION: This Request for Proposals is an invitation to interested vendors to submit Proposals to OCAD University for Butterfield Park Renovation which includes cost estimating as well as construction services.
The Proponent is expected to be engaged in April 2024 when the project is in the Design Development phase. The Proponent will work with OCAD University’s Campus Planning & Project team and the Landscape Design Consultant team (PFS Studio); (drawings are currently in schematic design stage) through the remainder of the design process as a cost estimator, and through Construction as the constructor to deliver the Project with maximum efficiency and value. The form of contract will be CCDC 2 - 2020 Stipulated Price Contract
Budget: The budget cannot exceed $1 Million TOTAL including applicable taxes for all cost estimation services, time, and materials to construct, and contingency including applicable taxes.

NEGOTIATION: At the end of the evaluation process, OCAD University may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter negotiations, by written notification.
