DESCRIPTION: This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to submit non-binding Proposals (“Responses”) to OCAD University (“OCAD U”) for Development of Student Housing including affordable student housing (the “Project”) from developers, property owners, investors, or other parties interested in developing student housing (the “Respondents”), including affordable student housing, for OCAD U students.
