Background and Purpose

McMaster University invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of a multi-faceted platform to present radio programming and digital content within the greater Hamilton market.

The goal of this partnership is to present McMaster Athletics & Recreation (A & R) programs and events in a creative and professional manner, which will serve as a vital tool to assist in meeting the marketing objectives of the Department. McMaster A & R is seeking a multi-year commitment that will include mutually agreed upon terms with its broadcast partner on program format, content, talent, and financial considerations.
