Description

The primary objective is to find a supplier of required Audio-Visual equipment for Centennial College Downsview Aerospace Campus (DPAC). This RFQ includes lists of required products for the project and published separately as Schedules in MS Excel spreadsheet format. Proponents are expected to submit their price proposal using these sheets (slots):

Schedule B1 – Pricing sheet: EPSON
Schedule B2 – Pricing sheet: SAMSUNG
Schedule B3 - Pricing sheet: CRESTRON and TRIPP LITE
Schedule B4 - Pricing sheet: MISC AV HARDWARE

When bidding for Crestron items vendors must refer to Crestron quote 1064161 Rev 0 - CENTENNIAL COLLEGE, contacting Crestron.

Only one vendor will be selected for each AV equipment slot. It can be the same vendor for one or more slots, depending on the pricing.

In your submission please include applicable Public sector or educational sector discounts.

Alternative equipment meeting or exceeding specs for the Requested equipment but with better pricing can be quoted if proposed by a vendor. No alternatives for Crestron, Extron, Epson, Samsung items will be accepted.

Poor performance, communication and breach of contract will be deemed as sufficient cause to remove selected vendor and negotiate with an alternate vendor.

The College makes no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned to the selected vendor.
