Background
The College procurement process is legislated by Government regulations. The College is required to obtain competitive pricing from multiple vendors for products and services where there is a significant cumulative value. This cumulative value includes products and services procured in the same stream of technology over the course of the entire budget year.
Scope
This RFP covers the purchase of Audio Visual Equipment and Accessories required for Centennial College Downsview Aerospace Campus project. The list of equipment required are published separately as Appendix (1 to 5).
 
 
Objective
 
The primary objective is to find a supplier of required Audio-Visual equipment for Centennial College Downsview Aerospace Campus (DPAC). This RFP includes lists of required products for the project and published separately as Appendices in MS Excel spreadsheet format. Proponents are expected to submit their price proposal using these sheets.
