The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain a price from Hydraulic Power Unit system suppliers to deliver, install, integrate, and commission a Hydraulic Power Unit system. Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) system will provide pressurized fluid to a hydraulic manifold for controlling landing gear actuators of CRJ-200 Main Landing Gear and Nose Landing Gear, and CL300 Main Landing Gear and Nose Landing Gear.
The successful proponent shall be responsible for:
- Provide a suitable Hydraulic Power Unit system, based on a laboratory’s purpose
- Deliver the equipment in Centennial College Downsview Campus, assemble, integrate with other systems, perform testing the equipment (standalone and integrated)
- Onsite Training of personnel of test system operation and software operation
- Technical support after commissioning
Product requirements
- Hydraulic Reservoir and unit system must meet the specifications below:
- The hydraulic power unit and all components must be compatible with Skydrol.
- The hydraulic reservoir must be manufactured from steel.
- The hydraulic reservoir must be sized for 3-5 times the pump flow rate.
