Carleton University, the “University” seeking non-binding proposals from prospective Proponents for an Official Rideshare Program Partner. Carleton University expects to award the contract to the Proponent who demonstrates the most advantageous, sustainable, and collaborative partnership to the University, as determined by the University in its sole discretion. The Proponent selected for award will be the Proponent whose proposal best demonstrates a responsive and responsible approach to the requirements and expectations outlined in this solicitation.
