Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Hewlett Packard infrastructure upgrades, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Bid Security
Bidders shall include a bid security deposit in the amount of $5,000. Such security may be in one of the following forms and made out in favour of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board:
.1            A bid bond.
.2            A certified cheque made payable to the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and drawn on a Canadian financial institution.
.3            A bank draft from a financial institution in Canada.

All bid securities submitted must be duly witnessed, sealed and executed original documents. Photocopies of documents, signatures or corporate seals will not be accepted.

Bidders must submit one (1) hard copy in a sealed package. Bids submitted in any other manner shall not be considered.

Submission package shall be sealed and prominently marked to include the following information:
(a)          ITT title and number (see ITT cover page)
(b)          full legal name and return address of the bidder
(c)           submission deadline date
(d)          addressed and delivered to the following address:
