Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to authorized Extreme service providers to provide one-year maintenance on District owned Extreme (Avaya) equipment based on maintenance levels, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables).

Bid Security
Bidders shall include a bid security deposit in the amount of $5,000. Such security may be in one of the following forms and made out in favour of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board:
.1            A bid bond.
.2            A certified cheque made payable to the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and drawn on a Canadian financial institution.
.3            A bank draft from a financial institution in Canada.
All bid securities submitted must be duly witnessed, sealed and executed original documents. Photocopies of documents, signatures or corporate seals will not be accepted.
