Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the supply and delivery of electrical components , as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

It is the District’s intention to enter into the Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The contract shall commence upon award and shall terminate 30 June 2019. The District may extend this contract for a further two (2) one-year terms by mutual agreement with the Contractor two (2) months prior to the termination of the existing contract.

Bid submissions must be sealed, addressed and delivered to the following address:
