Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the supply and delivery of classroom supplies (pencils, scissors, glue sticks, markers, etc.) on a standing agreement “as and when required” basis, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

Bidders must submit one (1) hard copy in a sealed package. Bids submitted in any other manner shall not be considered. Submission package shall be sealed and prominently marked to include the following information:
(a)          ITT title and number (see ITT cover page)
(b)          full legal name and return address of the bidder
(c)           submission deadline date
(d)          addressed and delivered to the following address:
