Description

This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the supply and delivery of BEST Access Systems, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

All Bidders shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity, which will enable the Bidder to download the Bid Call Documents, to receive Addenda email notifications and download all documents without the watermark “PREVIEW” on them.
