This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility as a contractor for asphalt paving as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
This RFSQ is an invitation to qualify for the provision of asphalt paving services.
The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) is the largest school board in Eastern Ontario serving students within a 2,760 square kilometre area known as the city of Ottawa. We are the seventh largest board by school population in the province of Ontario. Our students are based out of 143 schools - 113 elementary including two special education sites, 25 secondary including the Adult High School, and 5 secondary alternate sites.
Only those bidders that have registered and received a copy of this RFSQ through the District’s Supply Chain Management Division shall have their bids considered.
The term of the pre-qualified supplier list will be for a period of three (3) years, commencing 1 January 2019 and terminating 31 December 2021. Further notifications will not be published.
