Description

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation and Selection (Part 2) for eligibility to provide asbestos abatement services as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).

Note: Contractors who were pre-qualified under Request for Supplier Qualifications (RSFQ) 16-029 – Asbestos Abatement Contractors must respond to this opportunity as RFSQ 16-029 expires 31 December 2018.

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB) is the largest school board in Eastern Ontario serving students within a 2,760 square kilometre area known as the city of Ottawa. We are the seventh largest board by school population in the province of Ontario. Our students are based out of 143 schools - 113 elementary including two special education sites, 25 secondary including the Adult High School, and 5 secondary alternate sites.

A respondent should submit four (4) hard copies of their response marked on the front page/cover “ORIGINAL”, “COPY 1”, “COPY 2”, “COPY 3” in a sealed package. In addition, each submission should include one (1) electronic pdf or MSWord copy on memory stick of Company’s Safety Manual. Please do not submit paper copies of the Safety Manual.
