The Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Authority (OMCIAA) is inviting detailed proposals from firms specializing in the provision of hardware, software and implementation services to support a project to upgrade the organization’s Video Management System (VMS). The successful Proponent will be required to provide all things necessary to effectively and efficiently deliver the required goods and services.

In the selection of the successful Proponent, interested firms must provide a proposal which clearly demonstrates their firm’s:

Understanding the Project;

Ability to deliver the project;
Overall Conformance to Requirements;
Training Plan;
Testing Plan;
Long Term Technical Support;
Similar Work
Cost.
