Description

The Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport Authority (OMCIAA) is soliciting Statements of Qualification (SofQ) from interested firms in respect of the Selective Storm Sewer Repair 2021.

This is the first stage in a two-stage competitive selection process whereby interested firms are invited to provide a Statement of Qualification that clearly demonstrates:

A full range of professional, technical and managerial skills as required to deliver a quality product within well-defined parameters of scope, quality, time and cost
An exemplary track record of achievement in the delivery of comparable services and products within a highly exposed operating environment
An all-inclusive project team with relevant skills, focus and dedication required to deliver a complex project; and
Previous experience surrounding sewer repair work on active airfields.

In the second stage, a limited number of proponents will be provided with more detailed terms of reference and invited to submit a tender.
